We get it. Your schedule is hectic, your unit has some ridiculous long run every Monday, you’ve got an exercise coming up next month where you’re out in the desert, and all of this is taking a toll on your ability to get or stay in fighting shape. It’s hard to achieve your goals while serving.

We can help. Whether you’re seeking to gain strength, power, or stamina, we’ll work with you, whatever your circumstance with whatever equipment you have available, to help you get in fighting shape.

Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email. When we receive your order, we will contact you to determine your current state of fitness, your goals, determine what equipment you have available and work through any potential roadblocks to create a custom program that works for you.

We’ll also be available to answer any questions you may have and provide weekly check- ups to account for any injuries or changes in your schedule. In the end, the success of the program will rely on you. We’ll do our part to get you there. The rest is up to you.
